Pump-action shotgun attack on construction materials store in Denizli

A construction materials store located in the Muraddede neighborhood of Denizli's Merkezefendi district was targeted in a pump-action shotgun attack around 01:00 last night.

The moment of the attack was recorded by the business's security cameras. The footage shows that the attack was carried out by two individuals.

ONE FIRED, THE OTHER RECORDED

As two people walking down the street approached the business, one of them pulled a pump-action shotgun from a bag and fired multiple shots at the store, while the other person recorded the moment with a mobile phone. As a result of the attack, the store's windows were shattered and the door was severely damaged.

While there were fortunately no injuries during the attack, police teams launched a large-scale investigation following the incident.

Police are continuing their efforts to identify the perpetrators and clarify the incident.

While the motives behind the attack on the business are not yet known, police teams have also begun reviewing surrounding security cameras.
