Stampede for 100 TL products in Bursa: They waited in freezing cold
A newly opened store in Bursa drew hundreds of people into queues from the early hours of the morning due to its low-priced products. The intense interest in items offered for sale at 100 liras led to a brief stampede despite the cold weather.
A store that opened in a shopping center in Bursa's Yıldırım district attracted a large crowd on its opening day with its affordable pricing policy. Those who heard that products were being offered for sale between 100 TL and 300 TL formed long queues with the first light of morning.

Despite the cold weather, the crowd, which consisted mostly of female customers, caused a brief period of congestion as they tried to enter when the doors opened. Teapots, snack bowls, and various household items offered for sale at 100 TL in the store further increased the interest.

While the fact that hundreds of people headed to the store at the same time caused difficult moments from time to time, staff intervened to manage the crowd.
