Statement from Metro Istanbul: Two stations closed
The World Trade Center and Atatürk Airport stations on the Yenikapı-Atatürk Airport Metro Line have been closed as of 10:00 AM today by the decision of the Istanbul Governor's Office.
Metro Istanbul announced in a statement on social media that the World Trade Center and Atatürk Airport stations on the Yenikapı-Atatürk Airport Metro Line will remain closed from 10:00 AM until further notice, in accordance with the decision taken by the Istanbul Governor's Office.
The statement noted, "Our services will operate between the Yenikapı and Yenibosna stations." This arrangement will require passengers to use alternative routes.
