Student shuttle bus overturns into a ditch in Sivas! 14 injured
A student shuttle bus overturned into a ditch in Sivas due to snow and icy road conditions. The driver and 13 students were injured in the accident.
According to the information obtained, the accident occurred between Güneykaya village and Kalkım town in the Yıldızeli district of Sivas.
The student shuttle bus with license plate 58 AHA 260, driven by M.A., was transporting students from the villages to Şehit Sinan Göktaş Anatolian High School and Güneykaya Primary and Secondary School when the driver lost control of the steering wheel due to snowfall and icy road conditions, causing the vehicle to overturn into a ditch.
The driver and 13 students on the bus were injured in the accident. The injured were taken to hospitals in Sivas by ambulances. An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
