UAV found on the beach in Karasu, Sakarya!
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of unknown origin was found on the seashore in the Karasu district of Sakarya. The device, secured by police units, was handed over to Coast Guard teams for detailed examination.
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of unknown origin was found on the seashore in the Karasu district of Sakarya.
According to information obtained from District Governorate sources, a report was made to the District Police Department that a UAV had been spotted on the beach near the 28th tower of Karasu Public Beach.
Police teams arriving at the scene retrieved the UAV they identified on the beach and handed it over to the Sakarya Coast Guard Station Command.
Authorities stated that the UAV, whose origin has not yet been determined, will undergo a detailed technical examination by Underwater Defense (SAS) teams. It was noted that the device has been placed under protection in a secure area and that a report will be prepared based on the results of the examination.
