Woman who threatened passengers on bus by claiming to be a 'prosecutor' arrested! Found to have a record of 8 crimes...

In Istanbul, a 21-year-old woman named Y.S. wanted to board a public transport vehicle with her dog. An argument broke out with other passengers because she did not put a muzzle on her dog, and during the argument, the young woman introduced herself to a passenger as a prosecutor and threatened them by saying, "The police are under my command, I am a prosecutor. Let's see if you can survive in Turkey..." After the footage of those moments was shared on social media, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office took action.

Within the scope of the investigation launched, proceedings were initiated ex officio against Y.S. for the crimes of "threat" and "inciting the public to hatred and hostility." The female suspect was detained by police teams.

8 CRIMINAL RECORDS FOUND

During the investigation, it was determined that Y.S. had a total of 8 separate criminal records, primarily for "theft," "intentional injury," and "narcotics." It was learned that the young woman is not a university graduate and works as a sales consultant.

It was alleged that one day before this incident, Y.S. also wanted to travel with her dog on an IETT bus, argued with passengers, and this time threatened them by saying "I am a police officer" instead of claiming to be a prosecutor.

HER STATEMENT REVEALED

The statement given to the police by the detained Y.S. has emerged. According to NTV's report, the young woman said in her statement, "Those who filed a complaint against me claimed that I introduced myself as a police officer. I did not introduce myself as a police officer. I am a law student. I only said that my dog is a narcotics-trained dog."

ARRESTED

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that Y.S. has been arrested.
