26 more aid trucks reach the Gaza Strip
A convoy of 26 aid trucks has been allowed to enter Gaza via the Rafah Border Crossing. This brings the total number of trucks carrying aid to the Gaza Strip since October to 144.
As Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip continue, aid continues to pass through the Rafah Border Crossing in a limited capacity. In a statement made by the Palestinian Red Crescent, it was reported that a convoy of 26 trucks carrying humanitarian aid has entered the Gaza Strip.
A TOTAL OF 144 TRUCKS HAVE REACHED GAZA
Since October 7, 144 trucks, mostly carrying food, water, and medical supplies, have been allowed to enter the Gaza Strip, where Israel does not permit the entry of aid trucks carrying fuel.
The United Nations (UN) had announced that at least 100 aid trucks per day must enter the Gaza Strip, where more than 2 million people live and stocks of food, water, and fuel have been depleted, in order to meet basic needs.
