According to US poll, 48 percent of voters support Harris, 41 percent support Trump
According to a poll conducted in the US, 48 percent of voters support Vice President Kamala Harris, while 41 percent view her rival Donald Trump favorably.
A poll conducted by the Associated Press (AP) and the NORC Center for Public Affairs Research found that support for the Democratic candidate, Harris, has increased ahead of the elections to be held on November 5.
Accordingly, while the support rate among Democratic voters for Harris is 83 percent, 80 percent of Republicans believe that Trump will win.
Overall, 48 percent of US voters view Harris favorably, while 41 percent support Trump.
Harris is more popular among female voters, while Trump is preferred more by men.
In a previous poll conducted by the AP and the NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, it was determined that Americans found Trump better at economic management and Harris better at commitment to democracy.
