The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights stated, "At least 16 civilians lost their lives and 20 civilians were injured as a result of what were likely Russian warplanes targeting civilian vehicles."

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the total death toll in the clashes, which have been ongoing since Wednesday, has risen to 327.
