Another addition to Israel's massacre of journalists in Gaza: 2 women killed

Two more female journalists have lost their lives in Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, bringing the total number of journalists killed to 84.

According to a written statement from the Gaza government's media office, Palestinian journalist Ola Atallah lost her life in a home belonging to a relative during an attack carried out by Israeli warplanes in the Ad-Daraj neighborhood in eastern Gaza. It was stated that other family members present in the same house also lost their lives. Atallah had previously worked as a correspondent for Anadolu Agency and had worked for various local and international media organizations.

Furthermore, according to a written statement from the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate, it was reported that journalist Dua al-Jabbour lost her life along with her husband and children in an Israeli airstrike on the city of Khan Yunis. Al-Jabbour was working for the local "Media Eye Network."

In a statement, Palestinian Journalists Syndicate Vice President Omar Nazzal noted that the number of media personnel who have lost their lives in attacks carried out by Israel since October 7 has risen to 84, including 9 women. The government in Gaza had announced in a statement yesterday that 82 journalists had lost their lives in Israeli attacks since October 7.
