Beit Lahia in northern Gaza declared a 'disaster zone'
The Municipality of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza has declared the city a disaster zone and issued an urgent call for aid, as the humanitarian crisis deepens daily due to intense Israeli attacks.

In a statement issued by the Beit Lahia Municipality, it was stated that the city is facing a humanitarian catastrophe due to the genocidal attacks and the blockade.

The statement emphasized that the city lacks basic necessities such as food, water, hospitals, doctors, civil defense, municipal services, and communication, and included the following remarks:
"For these reasons, we are declaring Beit Lahia a disaster zone and are calling for aid to urgently save those who can still be saved in a city subjected to massacre and genocide."
