The Belgian Prime Minister said, "An attack on Rafah will lead to a greater humanitarian catastrophe and will result in the deaths of many more innocent civilians, most of whom are children and women.
An urgent ceasefire must be reached, all hostages must be released, and a plan for the day after must be made," he said.
