Speaking to CNN International, Witkoff stated that Russia made concessions regarding five regions of Ukraine. Sharing important details from the meeting, Witkoff said, "The Russians offered some concessions on the table regarding Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Crimea."
