According to information obtained from Ministry of Foreign Affairs sources, the Russian and Ukrainian delegations are expected to meet at the Çırağan Palace.

According to Foreign Ministry sources, the talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations are planned to take place tomorrow at 13:00 at the Çırağan Palace.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had stated that they proposed to hold a new round of negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul on June 2, and announced that Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky would lead the delegation.

It was stated that the Russian delegation has departed for Istanbul for the peace negotiations planned to be held with Ukrainian representatives on Monday.

The second round of negotiations, which the Russian and Ukrainian delegations resumed for the first time on May 16 after a 3-year hiatus, will be held again in Istanbul on Monday, June 2.

Moscow will present the draft memorandum it has prepared regarding the peace treaty. The document in question includes all aspects aimed at resolving the root causes of the conflict.
