Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Russia carried out a drone attack on a train carrying passengers in the Kharkiv region.

Sharing footage of the attack on his social media account, Zelenskyy stated that such actions targeting civilians would be considered an "act of terror" anywhere in the world. Emphasizing that there was no military justification for the attack on the passenger carriage, Zelenskyy reported that there were more than 200 civilians on the train.

According to the information shared by Zelenskyy, the attack was carried out with three drones. Stating that there were 18 people in the carriage hit by one of the UAVs, the Ukrainian leader said, "There were more than 200 people on the train in total. There were 18 people in the carriage hit by one of the Russian drones. As a result of this attack carried out with 3 drones, it has been confirmed so far that 4 people have lost their lives. I offer my condolences to all the families and their loved ones. Rescue teams are still searching for 4 people, and 2 people are injured."

Stating that Russia's actions should not go unanswered, Zelenskyy asked the international community to increase pressure on Moscow. Describing Russia's actions as "terrorism," Zelenskyy thanked the countries that did not remain silent in the face of this attitude.
