In a statement from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, it was stated that a pumping station was damaged as a result of a drone attack on an oil production facility belonging to the Russian energy company Gazprom in the city of Salavat, Bashkortostan.
The statement, which noted that there were no deaths or injuries in the attack, reported that the situation is "stable" and that the oil facility continues to operate.
It had been reported earlier today that a fire broke out as a result of a drone attack on an oil storage facility in the city of Anapa in Russia's Krasnodar region.
