Fighter jet crashes in Poland

A rehearsal flight in Poland ended in tragedy. A Polish Air Force M-346 light attack aircraft crashed onto the runway at Gdynia-Kosakowo Airport while performing a rehearsal flight. Pilot Robert Jel lost his life in the aircraft, which was engulfed in flames. While the cause of the accident is not yet known, the Polish military has suspended all flights of M-346 type aircraft.

In a statement issued by the Polish Armed Forces, it was confirmed that the M-346 light attack aircraft, which was set to perform at the 30th-anniversary celebration of the Naval Aviation Brigade tomorrow, had crashed, and it was announced that tomorrow's ceremonies have been canceled.

In a condolence message published by the Polish Armed Forces, it was stated that Robert Jel, who lost his life in the accident, was one of the most experienced pilots.
