Footage of the moment SDF General Commander Mazlum Abdi and the head of the HTS administration, Mohammed al-Julani, signed the agreement was released by the official Syrian news agency SANA.

The first statement from Mazlum Abdi came after the agreement. Making a statement via his social media account, Abdi used the following expressions:
