Flights cancelled at Paris Orly Airport
It has been reported that some flights at Paris Orly, France's second-largest airport, have been cancelled between October 12-14 following a strike decision by workers.
The Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGAC) has requested that airlines cancel 40 percent of their flights to and from Paris Orly during those dates due to the workers' strike.
The DGAC stated that there will be 15 percent flight cancellations at Paris-Beauvais Airport and 20 percent at Marseille Provence Airport.
Traffic control service personnel affiliated with the USAC-CGT union are going on strike from October 12-14 over issues such as wage inequality, pension reform, and working conditions.
