Footage of Israel's marketplace massacre emerges: 9 people, including 2 children, killed

According to information provided by a health source in Gaza, an attack by the Israeli army on a marketplace in the densely populated city of Deir al-Balah—which had been designated as a humanitarian zone and where displaced civilians were sheltering—resulted in the deaths of 9 people, including 2 children and 1 woman.

Deir al-Balah was among the locations previously declared a "safe zone" by Israel.

The bombed marketplace is known as a constantly crowded area because it serves as a transit point for vehicles departing for the Mawasi region, located west of the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

A total of 21 Palestinians have lost their lives in two separate massacres committed by the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours.

Earlier today, the Israeli army struck a school in Gaza City housing forcibly displaced civilians, killing 12 civilians in the attack.
