RECORDS OF HIS FINAL HOURS

The death review report released by the DoJ under the number “EFTA00161494” contains details regarding the final chapter of Epstein’s life.

According to the report, Epstein was taken to court on the morning of August 9, 2019, and his cellmate left the ward in the afternoon. It is noted that an officer recorded that Epstein might need a new cellmate upon his return.

It is recorded that Epstein made a phone call lasting approximately 20 minutes that same evening, but the identity of the person he spoke with is not included in the report.

The documents also state that the phone call was made in the shower area and the number was dialed by an officer.

The report states that a body alarm was triggered at 06:33 on the morning of August 10, and an officer informed their supervisor that “Epstein hung himself.”

In officer statements, it is admitted that the 03:00 and 05:00 checks were not performed. One officer is recorded as saying, “We messed up… Or rather, I messed up, we didn’t do the counts.”

TRANSFER TO HOSPITAL AND OFFICIAL DEATH RECORD

Epstein was taken to the medical unit on the second floor of the prison. CPR was performed there by both the duty officer and a nurse, but no signs of life could be detected.

It was reported that Epstein, who was later transferred to Beekman Hospital by ambulance, had his official time of death recorded as 07:36.

Authorities announced that Epstein committed suicide in his cell in New York while awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit that crime.

There are numerous allegations that Epstein abused many women and children at his mansion in Manhattan, on his private island Little St. James in the Caribbean, and at his ranch in New Mexico.
