Gaza government: Israel has dropped 40,000 tons of bombs on the Gaza Strip since October 7
Salameh Marouf, head of the government media office in Gaza, reported that the Israeli army has dropped 40,000 tons of bombs on the Gaza Strip during its attacks that began on October 7.
Salameh Marouf, head of the government media office in Gaza, stated in a written statement on his Telegram account, "The occupation forces have dropped 40,000 tons of bombs on the Gaza Strip; the occupier's crimes have taken place away from the cameras."
HUNDREDS BURIED WHERE THEY DIED
Stating that the bombs recently dropped by Israeli forces were previously unused types, Marouf reported that hundreds of people who lost their lives in the attacks were buried where they died.
Noting that "the destruction in the Gaza Strip reflects the desire of the occupation forces to make Gaza uninhabitable," Marouf stated that the scale of the massive massacre, which caused great destruction to infrastructure and homes, emerged during the "humanitarian pause."
Marouf reported that one-third of the residents of the Gaza Strip are unable to obtain basic supplies, that international institutions are absent, and that they are in need of a large field hospital. The Palestinian official also reminded that Al-Shifa Hospital is currently unusable.
