Hamas receives list of prisoners scheduled for release

In a written statement, Hamas stated that they have received the list of 33 prisoners scheduled to be released from Israeli prisons today, consisting of 3 women and 30 children.

The statement noted that the female prisoners to be released today are as follows:

1- Yasemin Teysir Abdurrahman Şaban / Jenin city

2- Attaf Yusuf Muhammed Ceradat / Jenin city

3- Nufuz Cad Arif Hammad / Jerusalem

Hamas's statement indicated that the list of names of the children to be released would be announced later.

PRISONER EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

The agreement for a 4-day humanitarian pause in the clashes between Israel and Hamas went into effect on Friday, November 24, at 07:00 (08:00 Turkish time). According to the agreement, a consensus was reached for the release of 150 Palestinians in Israeli prisons in exchange for 50 Israeli hostages held by Hamas.

Within the scope of the prisoner exchange agreement between Israel and Hamas, 40 Israeli hostages—one male and the rest women and children—have been released from the Gaza Strip so far, and 117 Palestinian women and children have been released from Israeli prisons.

The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a statement this evening that the "humanitarian pause" has been extended for another 2 days as a result of mediation efforts conducted between Hamas and Israel.
