His home was targeted by a drone: Israeli press reports Netanyahu's greatest fear
It has been claimed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu fears a drone attack on the Knesset.
A report by Israeli state television alleged that Netanyahu's fear regarding drones has increased.
The report noted that during a closed-door session at the Knesset, Netanyahu said, "What if a drone attack were to happen on the Knesset now? Where would we go? Drones are what I fear most. We have good systems for dealing with missiles. I don't understand why the Knesset is meeting in its permanent location instead of somewhere else."
The Prime Minister's Office did not issue a statement regarding the claims mentioned in the report.
DRONE ATTACK ON NETANYAHU'S HOME
A drone launched from Lebanon on October 19 struck an area in the northern Israeli city of Caesarea, where Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residence is located.
In a statement issued by the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, it was confirmed that a drone had been launched toward Prime Minister Netanyahu's home in Caesarea.
The statement, which claimed that neither Netanyahu nor his wife were at home during the incident and that there were no injuries, did not provide detailed information on the matter.
Damage to a bulletproof window at a house identified on social media as Netanyahu's residence was shared online. Social media users pointed out the consistency between the house hit by the drone and images of Netanyahu's residence shared in open sources.
