Iran calls on Gulf countries for joint action

Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, Rear Admiral Ali Reza Tangsiri, addressed leaders of countries in the Gulf region in a statement made via social media, delivering significant messages. Tangsiri recalled that they had previously warned the administrations of Gulf countries that the US and other foreign actors would not provide genuine security.

In his remarks, Commander Ali Reza Tangsiri claimed that national interests are prioritized and that the US could easily sacrifice states in the region for its own benefit if necessary. Suggesting that Gulf countries have become victims of the ambitions of these powers in the current situation, Tangsiri expressed the following views:

"In past years, we have repeatedly told the leaders of Gulf countries that the US and foreign powers would not provide them with security and that they would sacrifice them for their own interests when needed. Today, you see how you have become victims of their ambitions. The only solution is for Islamic countries to unite and for the Americans to be removed from the region," he said.
