A response has come from Iran regarding the US ceasefire proposal. According to reports in the Iranian press, the Tehran administration rejected the ceasefire proposal in light of past experiences, emphasizing instead that a permanent solution that takes its own security and political conditions into account is necessary.

It was stated that the response, which also includes Iran's conditions for a permanent end to the war, contains terms such as the complete cessation of hostilities in the region, protocols for ensuring safe passage in the Strait of Hormuz, the post-war reconstruction process, and the lifting of sanctions.
