Iran's Hormuz Strait challenge to the US: 'If you attack, you will face a response'
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated that the US would face a response to its attacks, declaring, "The Strait of Hormuz will not be opened by American threats, but only by Iran's regulations."
Tehran has issued a harsh response to the latest US attacks on Iran. Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, in a statement on his social media account, noted that the US has yet to learn that bullying and ill intentions will not go unanswered, stating, "To put it clearly: If you attack, you will face a response." Emphasizing that the more the US struggles, the deeper it will sink, Ghalibaf said, "The Strait of Hormuz will not be opened by American threats, but only by Iran's regulations."
"EXPECT A HARSH SLAP FROM IRANIANS"
Ebrahim Rezai, spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament's National Security Committee, also recalled that Iran's former supreme leader Ali Khamenei, who was killed in a US-Israel attack, taught Iranians "not to fear the US," and warned the US to "expect a harsh slap from Iranians."
US MILITARY HAD LAUNCHED ADDITIONAL ATTACKS ON IRAN
The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that additional attacks had been launched against Iran in accordance with the instructions of US President Donald Trump, and the Iranian press reported that explosion sounds were heard in various regions, primarily in the cities of Bushehr, Bandar Abbas, and Sirik. Following these developments, Kuwait and Bahrain, which host US bases, announced that they had been the targets of new attacks.
