Iranian sources announce: 'Natanz nuclear facility is leaking radiation'

According to Iranian media, the Natanz Uranium Enrichment Facility, which was targeted by Israel, was damaged by bombs dropped from the air. As a result of the attack, a radiation leak occurred at the nuclear facility.

However, Iranian officials emphasized that the facility, which was built underground, did not release any radiation to the outside. They also stated that the leak has been brought under control.

The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran stated, "We will evaluate the situation more accurately after the radiation at the Natanz facility is cleaned up."

On the other hand, Iranian sources noted, "The Fordow uranium enrichment facility is completely safe; there is also no risk to our current enriched uranium stockpiles."
