Israel's 'warning' to Iran: We will strike Iran regardless of the consequences

Israel has threatened to strike Iran even if an attack in retaliation for the assassination of Hamas Political Bureau Chief Ismail Haniyeh "does not result in casualties or damage."

The Israeli Army Radio report stated, "In recent days, Israel has sent messages to the US and European countries that any direct attack from Iranian territory will be met with an Israeli response against Iranian territory."

The report emphasized that in the messages conveyed to its partners, Israel "clearly stated that regardless of the consequences of the attack, and even if Israel suffers no casualties, Tel Aviv is determined to respond to Iran's attacks and strike Iran."

It was noted that the purpose of these messages is to preemptively mitigate the expected pressure from the international community to prevent an attack on Iran.

In a report yesterday by the Israeli state broadcaster KAN, referring to the attack Iran launched in April with hundreds of drones and missiles, it was stated, "Israel is preparing for an Iranian attack on a larger scale than the night of the drones last April."
