Israel reaches agreement with US for 25 F-35 fighter jets
Israel has signed a 3 billion dollar agreement with the US for the purchase of 25 F-35 fighter jets.
Israel will purchase 25 F-35 fighter jets from the US. A delegation from the Israeli Ministry of Defense traveled to the US and signed a 3 billion dollar agreement with the US to form a third F-35 fighter jet squadron.
The fighter jets are planned to be delivered in batches of 3 to 5 per year starting from 2028.
Of Israel's 50 F-35 orders, only 36 have been delivered so far.
