Israel targets Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital with drones
It has been reported that Israel is attempting to put the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city of Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, out of service by targeting it with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The Ministry of Health in Gaza stated in a written statement that the hospital building and its courtyard were being heavily fired upon by Israeli military drones, and that anyone moving was being targeted.
PATIENTS AND THE WOUNDED ARE FLEEING THE HOSPITAL
The statement noted that the Israeli military is terrorizing patients and healthcare workers with drone attacks, and that patients and the wounded are attempting to flee the hospital while under fire.
The statement warned that if the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital is put out of service, it would mean leaving thousands of wounded and sick people in central Gaza to die.
