Israel to attack 24 locations in southern Lebanon: Warning to Lebanese to 'go north'
Israel has announced that it is planning an attack on southern Lebanon. Civilians living in the region have been told to 'go north of the Awali River' and 'save their lives.'
The Israeli army has announced that it will conduct military operations in 24 residential areas in southern Lebanon. Residents in the region have been informed that for their safety, they must immediately evacuate their homes and move north of the Awali River.
Israeli army spokesperson Avichai Adraee announced the areas to be targeted in a statement on his X account, stating, 'For your safety, you must evacuate your home immediately and move north of the Awali River. Save your lives.'
Adraee listed the areas to be targeted as Al-Bayada, Buyut es-Siyad, Er-Rashidiye, Mashuk, El-Bes, Shubriha, Teyr Dibbe, El-Burghuliye, Muhayyam el-Kasimiye, Nabi Kasım, Burc Rihal, El-Abbasiye, Muareke, Ayn el-Baal, Mahrune, Bafliye, Deyr Kifa, Sarife, Arzun, Derdegiye, Dahr Bariye Cabir, Cebel el-Ades, Shuhur, and Burc es-Shimali.
Warning those living in the region not to head south, Adraee requested that Lebanese civilians move north of the Awali River, citing the intention to carry out attacks against Hezbollah's military targets.
Regarding when Lebanese civilians might return to their homes, Adraee stated, 'We will notify you when it is safe for you to return to your homes.'

1,328 PEOPLE KILLED IN LEBANON AS A RESULT OF ISRAELI ATTACKS
The Israeli army, which has been engaged in controlled clashes with Hezbollah since October 8, 2023, launched hundreds of airstrikes on September 23 against southern Lebanese cities as well as the Bekaa and Baalbek regions.
According to Lebanese authorities, a total of 1,328 people, including 104 children and 194 women, have been killed since September 17, when communication devices used by Hezbollah were detonated.
Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed in airstrikes carried out by the Israeli army on Beirut on September 27.
Hezbollah is responding to Israel with rockets and missiles. No major damage has been reported in these attacks on the Israeli side, which mostly target military bases.
Hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced within the country due to Israeli bombardment.
While the wave of migration from the southern parts of the country toward the capital Beirut and the north continues, it is stated that tens of thousands of people have migrated to Syria.
