Israeli airstrike on Beirut

Israel continues its attacks on Lebanon. Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces, which carried out an airstrike on the Dahiyeh district in the capital Beirut—known as a Hezbollah stronghold—stated that "Hezbollah's main headquarters in Beirut was struck."

Hagari claimed that the center was built beneath civilian buildings in the Dahiyeh district.

Israeli media reported that investigations are underway to determine whether Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was present at the targeted headquarters.

Immediately following this statement, Iran's Tasnim News Agency, citing Hezbollah security sources, reported that Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah is in a safe place and is in good health.

"THE HEAVIEST ATTACK ON BEIRUT"

Security sources in Lebanon emphasized that this attack is the heaviest one carried out in the capital Beirut within the framework of the clashes that have been ongoing between Hezbollah and Israel for nearly a year. Lebanese media reported that more than 15 missiles hit the area during the airstrike in the city of Haret Hreik, resulting in the destruction of 4 buildings.

TWO PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that 2 people lost their lives and 76 others were injured in the attack carried out by Israel on the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
