Israel's attacks on Gaza intensify, hospitals overflow with the wounded

The bombardment carried out by the Israeli army using quadcopter-type drones targeting the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza marks the fifth attack on medical facilities in recent weeks.

Al Jazeera's correspondent on the ground reported a significant increase in Israeli attacks on hospitals in Gaza City, noting that the hospital is struggling to respond to mass casualties.

According to a statement from the Gaza Ministry of Health, at least 36 Palestinians have lost their lives and approximately 100 people have been injured in Israeli airstrikes over the last 24 hours.

Israel has also intensified its attacks in southern Lebanon. It was reported that at least 12 people lost their lives in the strikes.

Since the conflict began on October 7, 2023, at least 44 thousand 502 Palestinians have been killed and 105 thousand 454 people have been injured in Israel's operations in Gaza.

In the attacks carried out by Hamas against Israel, 1 thousand 139 people lost their lives, while more than 200 people were taken captive.
