Missiles fired from Lebanon cause power outages in northern Israel
Power outages occurred in some areas of Upper Galilee in northern Israel following missiles fired from Lebanon.
According to a report by the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, missiles fired from Lebanon directly hit a house in Kfar HaNassi in the Upper Galilee. The attack did not result in any loss of life or injuries.
Missiles fired from Lebanon also caused a fire in the agricultural area of Ayelet HaShahar.
Additionally, power outages were reported in Mahanayim and Kfar HaNassi in the Upper Galilee.
Israeli police stated that they received reports of damage to some properties in the Upper Galilee following the impact of the missiles.
In a statement released in the evening, Israel reported that they had detected approximately 100 missiles fired from Lebanon; they noted that the missiles, which fell into open areas of the Western Galilee over approximately two hours, caused one injury and material damage.
