Netanyahu announces ceasefire condition
Visiting an air force base, Netanyahu conditioned a ceasefire on the release of hostages.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu visited the Ramon Air Force Base, where he met with aircrew, combat personnel, and ground crew staff. Netanyahu received a briefing on the use of F-16 fighter jets.
Making a statement there, the Israeli Prime Minister said, "I want you to know one thing that we will not do. There will be no ceasefire without the return of the hostages."
Stating that "the word ceasefire should be completely removed from the dictionary," Netanyahu added, "We are telling this to both our friends and our enemies. We will continue until we defeat them. We have no other alternative."
