Netanyahu: Biden sees the same common interests as we do
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that Biden continues to send the necessary ammunition.
Netanyahu held a joint press conference in Tel Aviv with Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and War Cabinet member Benny Gantz.
Netanyahu said, “Biden sees the same common interests as we do. He continues to send the necessary ammunition.”

Emphasizing that they have “expended a very intense diplomatic effort to maintain and secure US support” since the first day of Israel’s attacks on Gaza, Netanyahu noted the following:
“The US, under the leadership of our dear friend Joe Biden, sees common interests with us. He sent us aircraft carriers along with a special submarine and navy. He also continues to send the necessary ammunition.”
Noting that there has been “very great pressure against Israel within the US and all over the world for the last few weeks,” the Israeli Prime Minister argued, however, that they have “managed to fend off and overcome” some of these international pressures.
