According to a report by the newspaper Yediot Ahronot, Netanyahu will hold a consultation meeting at 17:30, followed by a meeting with the restricted security cabinet at 19:30.

While no information was provided regarding the content or participants of the consultation meeting, it was stated that the security cabinet meeting would address issues such as a potential attack on Iran, the state of war in Lebanon, and the distribution of aid to northern Gaza.

The report also shared information that there are assumptions that Iran will respond to potential attacks, and for this reason, defense systems such as the U.S. Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) battery have been deployed to the region.

It was noted that following Iran's attack on Israel on October 1 with approximately 200 ballistic missiles, Israel is expected to launch a comprehensive counter-attack, raising concerns that the conflicts in the region, which have been ongoing since October 7, 2023, could rapidly intensify and expand.
