New development regarding the terrorist attack in Moscow

Speaking at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Security and Intelligence Services of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Director of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov addressed the terrorist attack carried out by armed individuals at a concert hall in Moscow, the capital of Russia, on the evening of March 22.

Bortnikov stated, "The investigation is ongoing, but it is already possible to say that Ukrainian military intelligence is directly linked to this attack."

Stating that they continue to identify those involved in the attack, Bortnikov said, "More than 20 people, including the perpetrators of the attack and their accomplices, have been apprehended. All details of the crime committed will be determined, and those involved in the crime will not escape punishment."

Bortnikov noted that this terrorist attack also aimed to disrupt relations between CIS countries.

WHAT HAPPENED?

A terrorist attack was carried out by armed individuals at the "Crocus City Hall" concert venue in Moscow on the evening of March 22, and it was announced that 144 people died in the attack.
