New prisoner of war exchange between Russia and Ukraine
According to a statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense, Russia and Ukraine have once again exchanged prisoners of war, with both sides releasing 103 individuals.
The statement included the following: "As a result of the negotiation process conducted on September 14, 103 Russian soldiers who were captured in Russia's Kursk region were returned from territory controlled by the Kyiv regime.
In exchange, 103 prisoners of war from the Ukrainian armed forces were returned."
