New statement from Zelensky: Attacks on Russia will target more distant points
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that they will increase the range of long-range strikes conducted against targets within Russian territory.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced in a statement on social media that long-range strikes against various military and strategic points in Russia are ongoing. Evaluating the results of the attacks over the past week, Zelensky stated that various targets had been hit.
It was noted that during operations carried out in recent days, various military equipment was destroyed, including a "Be-200" amphibious aircraft, a "Ka-27" helicopter, a dry cargo ship carrying ammunition, "Pantsir-S1" and "Tor-M2" air defense systems, and "Redut-2US" communication and telecommunications infrastructure. Furthermore, it was reported that some Russian warships and oil facilities were also targeted in the operations.
Zelensky stated that these attacks were directed at targets approximately 1000 kilometers from the front line. "These are completely fair responses to what the Russians have done. We will increase the distance and the number of attacks we carry out," he said.
