It was stated that the Cessna 208 Caravan single-engine cargo plane was on a training flight near the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, the capital of Hawaii.
Two people inside the plane, one of whom was an instructor, died after the aircraft burst into flames upon hitting the building.
While it was stated that the building the plane hit was empty, the US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced that further investigations into the cause of the accident are ongoing.
