Police intervention in Gaza protest in London
Police intervened in a protest held in London in support of Gaza, and many people were taken into custody.
Police intervened against hundreds of protesters who gathered in London's Parliament Square to support the Palestine Action movement and demand the lifting of the ban imposed on the group.
The police announced that more than 50 people who participated in the demonstration, held under the slogan "Lift the Ban," were taken into custody. Authorities issued warnings for the protesters to disperse and stated that further arrests could follow.
