Putin: US is trying to convince us that Ukraine had no hand in the attack

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about the attack carried out in Russia by the terrorist organization ISIS. Expressing his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the attack, Putin stated that the necessary support would be provided to the injured.

Putin said, "We know that this crime was committed by radical Islamists, against whom the Islamic world has been fighting for centuries.

However, the US is using various channels to try to convince its satellites and other countries that, according to their intelligence, there is no trace of Kyiv in the Moscow terrorist attack," he said.

"THE MASTERMINDS ARE OUR FOCUS"

Stating that while ISIS carried out the attack, they are investigating those who gave the orders, Putin said, "We know whose hands carried out this attack against Russia and its people, but our focus is on the masterminds," he stated.

"WE NEED TO ANSWER THE QUESTION OF WHY THE TERRORISTS WERE TRYING TO GO TO UKRAINE"

Implying that those who carried out the attack may have received instructions from Ukraine, Putin said, "The terrorist attack could be a link in a series of attempts by those who have been fighting against the Russian Federation since 2014 at the hands of the Kyiv regime. The terrorist attack fits quite logically into the intimidation campaigns carried out by Kyiv. We need to answer the question of why the terrorists were trying to go to Ukraine after committing the crime," he said.

Putin stated, "ISIS usually attacks the enemies of the US. This is a strange coincidence, but we are investigating who is really behind this attack, not their pawns."

Putin also thanked the Russian people for the example of solidarity they showed following the attack, saying, "Those who planned the terrorist attack hoped to create panic and discord in society, but they were met with unity and a determination to resist. Following the terrorist attack, Russian society showed a true example of solidarity, harmony, and mutual support."

In the attack carried out by the terrorist organization ISIS on March 22 at a concert hall located in the Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region, 139 people lost their lives.
