Reaction to UN Security Council's veto of Gaza humanitarian ceasefire resolution

Reading the press statement on behalf of the group, Muhammet Taha Ulusoy stated that the genocide committed in Gaza by the terrorist state of Israel has gone down in human history as a dark stain.

"THE US HAS REGISTERED ITS COMPLICITY IN THE MASSACRE"

Pointing out that the whole world is witnessing this genocide, Ulusoy noted the following:

"In the last 68 days, 18 thousand innocent people have been slaughtered by Israel. Thousands of innocents, including 7 thousand 112 children and 4 thousand 885 women, have been brutally killed as a result of the bombing of places of worship, schools, and hospitals. Although it was very late, the UN Security Council took action to call for a ceasefire in response to the demands. Unfortunately, while all members demanded a ceasefire by unanimous vote, the decision could not be taken and was rejected due to the US veto. By opposing 13 UN member states, the US has registered its complicity in Israel's massacre."

TÜGVA Yozgat Provincial Representative Ubeydullah Şahan stated that they condemn the US rejection for a fairer world and invited all the peoples of the world to take action against America.

Şahan said that the US has registered its complicity in Israel's massacre by opposing 13 United Nations member states.

TÜGVA Niğde Provincial Representative University Coordinator Ömer Faruk Sayın said in his statement that the decision to reject the humanitarian ceasefire proposal in Gaza was not the decision of the American people, but of the Biden administration currently in power.

"AMERICA MUST PAY THE PRICE"

Sayın noted the following:

"With this decision, it has been clearly seen that the world is greater than 5. From now on, America will be defined in the eyes of humanity not as a country of freedom and human rights, but as a country of barbarism, oppression, racism, and massacre. The United Nations Security Council must be reformed, and America, which has opposed all the nations of the world, must pay the price for being a partner in this massacre."

TÜGVA Kayseri Provincial Representative Vefa Bayırbaş stated that the US has ceased to be a country of freedom and human rights in the eyes of humanity, saying, "The world is certainly greater than the Zionist oppressors who rule America. Muslims will be victorious, and the upright stance of the honorable and dignified people of Gaza will bring an end to the murderer Israel."

In his statement after the mosque service, TÜGVA Provincial Representative Abdullah İnce expressed that the oppression in the occupied Palestinian territories will definitely be held to account before the law, stating, "We will stand by the innocent civilians of Gaza until our last breath, and we will continue to take initiatives on every platform until the perpetrators are punished."

TÜGVA Provincial Deputy Chairman Serkan Ataman, who made a statement on behalf of the group, stated that a large number of civilians, including thousands of children and women, have been slaughtered in Gaza due to Israel's attacks since October 7, and said that they will not remain silent in the face of this oppression.

Ataman noted that with this decision, the US will be defined in the eyes of humanity from now on not as a country of freedom and human rights, but as a country of barbarism, oppression, racism, and massacre.
