According to a report by the New York Post, it is stated that once completed, The Mukaab will have a volume capable of housing 20 Empire State Buildings.

The structure is expected to be approximately 400 meters high and 365 meters wide.

The cube-shaped structure, which will house offices, restaurants, and shops, will have a floor area of 2 million square meters.

Additionally, the structure will contain 104 thousand residential units and 9 thousand hotel rooms. Therefore, a large number of people will use The Mukaab for living.

It is estimated that The Mukaab will contribute more than $51 billion (approximately 1 trillion 748 billion 861 million lira) to Saudi Arabia's non-oil gross domestic product (GDP) and create employment for 334 thousand people.

The project is expected to be completed by 2030.
