Statement from Egypt regarding the Erdoğan-Sisi meeting

According to a written statement from the Egyptian Presidential Spokesperson, during the meeting in New Delhi, President Erdoğan and Sisi emphasized the importance of working to advance relations between the two countries.
Erdoğan and Sisi expressed their desire to strengthen regional cooperation in a way that contributes to maintaining security and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean within the framework of mutual interests.
The meeting also addressed ways to intensify consultation and coordination to develop bilateral relations in all aspects in line with the interests of Turkey and Egypt.
