Statement from Iranian Foreign Minister after attack: Israel attacked in 3 waves

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi made statements following Israel's attack to the website belonging to the office of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Araghchi stated, “In the meetings I held as part of my regional tour, I conveyed the message regarding Iran's defense capacity and that it would not leave a potential attack unanswered.

Emphasizing that Iran had carried out the “True Promise 1 and 2” operations against Israel and that these operations demonstrated Iran's determination in its self-defense, Araghchi said, “No one should test Iran's will.

We have sent this message to all countries in the region. Just as we are ready on the battlefield, we are also ready for an environment of peace with our neighbors.

We are not in favor of tension, and we do not want tension with our neighbors, especially the Gulf countries. In this sense, we keep the account of the Zionist Israeli regime and foreign forces in the region separate from our neighboring countries.

We are serious about developing relations and increasing cooperation with regional countries,” he said.

4 SOLDIERS LOST THEIR LIVES

In a written statement issued by the Iranian army, it was stated that 4 soldiers lost their lives in the attacks Israel carried out on Iran overnight. Accordingly, it was stated that Major Hamza Jahandideh, Major Sajjad Mansouri, Petty Officer Mehdi Shahrokhi-Far, and Petty Officer Mehdi Naghavi lost their lives.
