In London, the capital of the UK, a total of 6 people, including 3 women, have been detained by police on suspicion of planning an action to prevent the London Stock Exchange from opening for trading tomorrow in protest of Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip.

"THESE ARE SIGNIFICANT ARRESTS"

In a statement made by the London police, it was noted that the suspects were members of a group called 'Palestine Action,' and that 3 suspects were detained in Liverpool, 2 in London, and 1 in Brighton.

Detective Chief Superintendent Sian Thomas, who is leading the investigation, said, "These are significant arrests. We believe they were ready to carry out an action that could have had serious, disruptive, and damaging consequences if this group had been successful."
