Trump: Agreement with Iran expected to be signed tomorrow
In a statement, US President Donald Trump indicated that, contrary to Iranian officials, an agreement between the two countries could be reached tomorrow.
US President Donald Trump announced that the agreement with Iran is planned to be signed tomorrow and that the Strait of Hormuz will be opened immediately after it is signed.
Making statements on his social media account, Trump said the following:
The JCPOA, the deal Barack Hussein Obama made with Iran, was an easy, beautiful, and smooth path to a nuclear weapon that Iran would have had six years ago and would have already used. My deal with Iran is the exact opposite: A WALL AGAINST NUCLEAR WEAPONS!
Actually, they no longer want a nuclear weapon and they will not have such a weapon through purchase, development, or any other method.
The agreement is planned to be signed tomorrow, and as soon as it is signed, the Strait of Hormuz will be opened to everyone.
Our relationship with Iran is at a much different and better point than previous administrations had. Unlike the payments of hundreds of billions of dollars that Obama made to them, including the 1.7 billion dollars delivered in cash, no money will change hands in this agreement.
At the appropriate time, when everything has calmed down, thanks to our beautiful B-2 bombers and their brilliant pilots, we will take action to extract the nuclear dust buried deep within the strong granite mountains, and we will dilute and destroy it, whether it is in Iran or in the United States.
We look forward to working with Iran and the entire Middle East for many years to come. I hope this process concludes quickly, easily, and smoothly.
If it does not conclude, we have the ultimate alternative available; I hope we never have to use it again!
